Focus of this conference was the subject "Web-Controlling". During the last years the meaning of an effective evaluation of user- and costumer behavior is increasing. Just like missing detailed analysis of all activities from the internet, no matter what branch, is indispensable. Websites are an important source for customer orientation. Products and information must be easy to find just like navigation must be clear and intuitive. They have to know how many visitors navigate, what they are interested in, how an internal search is being used and how many downloads of what kind were executed.
