Release Notes: Changes in Management Server 16.0 Hotfix 8

OpenText Web Site Management Server Version 16 Hotfix 8 includes the following changes.

Translate RedDot for child elements and in form mode

The usability for translating child elements and for translating elements in form mode has been improved.
In translation mode, the superior element shows the Translate RedDot (with flag) if the superior element or a child element has been changed, even if the superior element itself has not been changed. If the Translate RedDot of a superior element is clicked and the superior element edit dialog opens, all child elements are shown. It is indicated with Translate RedDots, which elements have been changed and need to be translated.
The normal form mode in translation mode has been extended to display either only changed (to be translated) elements or all elements. It is indicated with Translate RedDots in the form, which elements have been changed and need to be translated.

New options when deleting publication folders

When deleting a publication folder and the Clean up live server check box is selected for any project variant, the Delete Publication Folder dialog window opens. You have the following options:
• Clean up live server – If you select this check box, all files that are still in this publication folder on the live server will be deleted.
• Email notification – If you select this check box, an email will be sent when the files have been deleted on the live server.
