Release Notes: Project export-import including directory services
OpenText Web Site Management Server is a server application that provides an editorial workspace for editors, publishing functions for web pages, and management functions for large websites in the intranets and internet.
OpenText Web Site Management Server Version 11.2 SP2 HF38 includes the following new features and changes:
Project export/import including directory services
Exporting projects with administration settings has been enhanced so that external account systems and user data from external account systems are also exported.
When importing projects with external account systems, it will be checked, if the account systems and the respective users and groups are already available.
Matching the identity of account systems, users, and groups uses the GUID as only criterion. If they already exist in the target system, the account system and user information will be matched to the existing information. If they do not exist in the target system, the account system and user information will be imported.
